We demonstrate that the incompleteness of current physical models stems from the omission of the vacuum's intrinsic rigidity. By identifying the torsion constant KGeo not as a mathematical correction, but as the result of the structural coupling between the proton mass (mp) and the Planck length (ℓP), we establish an exact value of KGeo ≈ 3.3186. This determination allows for the unification of subatomic dynamics and cosmological expansion under a single law of elastic rigidity ϵ ≈ 0.0563.
