Urban youth clinics in Lagos, Nigeria have been adopting digital health records (DHRs) to improve patient management and data sharing among healthcare providers. The study employed a mixed-method approach combining quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews, focusing on urban youth clinics in Lagos. Findings indicate that 75% of respondents reported increased efficiency due to the use of DHRs, while 60% noted improved patient follow-up. However, privacy concerns were raised by 45% of participants. Urban youth clinics in Lagos have demonstrated varying levels of adoption for DHRs, with notable benefits but also challenges related to user trust and data security. Clinics should develop clear guidelines on data protection and patient consent processes to enhance user trust. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
