Navigating the Digital Divide: A Curriculum Framework for 21st Century African Learners in Angola

The rapid digital transformation of global education necessitates a curriculum framework that acknowledges the unique challenges faced by 21st-century learners in Angola, particularly those from underserved communities. The development of the curriculum framework is based on a synthesis of existing educational theories, empirical research from similar contexts, and consultations with key stakeholders including educators, policymakers, and community leaders. This theoretical framework provides a foundational structure for educators and policymakers in Angola to develop curricula that are inclusive and responsive to contemporary educational needs.
