CIL-1.5 defines the bidirectional interpretive layer between chromatic state and language in the Ambient Internet. While CIL-1 established color as the primary ontology of the post-symbolic web, it did not specify how chromatic meaning transforms into language, nor how language condenses into chromatic state. CIL-1.5 resolves this by formalizing a reversible semantic loop: Color → State → Meaning → Language Language → Meaning → State → Color The layer introduces the Chromatic Meaning Transform (CMT), enabling: color-driven communication linguistic expansion only when needed semantic condensation into chromatic state chromatic memory ΔR-minimized interpretation ambient search, chromatic telephony and ambient messaging CIL-1.5 forms the missing connective tissue between AP₂, CIL-1, CE-1, CE-2, and TP₁, completing the first chromatic-semantic protocol of the Ambient Era.
