Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) have emerged as a significant tool for promoting economic empowerment among women entrepreneurs in developing countries. A survey methodology was employed to gather data from a sample population of female microentrepreneurs across Ethiopia. Quantitative analysis techniques were used to interpret the results. The study revealed that MFIs significantly improved women entrepreneurs' access to credit, which facilitated their business expansion and profitability. This research underscores the pivotal role of MFIs in empowering Ethiopian women entrepreneurs by addressing financial constraints and enhancing their economic stability. Policy makers should support continued development and expansion of MFIs to further benefit women microentrepreneurs in Ethiopia.
