Primary school children in Nairobi face significant mental health challenges due to socio-economic factors and educational pressures. A mixed-methods approach was employed, including surveys (N=150) and qualitative interviews (n=20). Data were analysed using thematic analysis and descriptive statistics. Anxiety levels among participants decreased by 20% post-intervention, with themes of improved coping strategies and enhanced social support emerging from qualitative data. The intervention showed promise in mitigating anxiety symptoms but required further refinement to address resilience building effectively. Future studies should expand the sample size and conduct longitudinal assessments to evaluate long-term impacts.
