To evaluate maternal care facilities in Ghana, this study aims to assess clinical outcomes through a methodological evaluation of existing systems. A mixed-method approach including econometric analysis was employed. Panel data techniques were used to estimate the impact of maternal care facility quality on patient outcomes, accounting for potential confounders. Maternal mortality rates in panel hospitals varied significantly, with a notable reduction observed over time (p-value < 0. 05). The study confirms that improvements in maternal care facilities correlate positively with clinical outcomes, suggesting systematic interventions are necessary to enhance patient safety. Immediate policy recommendations include increasing funding for training programmes and upgrading infrastructure in underperforming hospitals. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
