This work introduces a foundational biophysical framework in which living tissue is described through the retention of structural difference (Δψ) and its stabilizing nodes (Ξ). Extending the ψ-Architecture of retentive fields, the article presents the first ψ-biophysical Lagrangian, together with the corresponding bio-potential, stability thresholds (SNR*, ε*, Rc), and the Non-Violation Principle. The framework unifies multiple fragile physiological states—prematurity, senescence, starvation–refeeding transitions, and post-trauma instability—under a single structural law governing the persistence or collapse of Δψ. This manuscript remains strictly within the domain of theoretical science, offering a conceptual and mathematical basis for future interdisciplinary research in biophysics, structural physiology, and life-preservation studies.
