The healthcare landscape in Eastern Uganda faces significant challenges related to language barriers and digital literacy among healthcare providers. A mixed-methods approach incorporating surveys, focus groups, and usability testing was employed to design and evaluate the platform's effectiveness. Users reported an average satisfaction score of 8. 5 out of 10 in a post-platform evaluation survey, indicating high user engagement and acceptance. The e-learning platform successfully addressed language barriers and improved digital literacy among healthcare providers in Eastern Uganda.
