Community health centre systems in Senegal face challenges in cost-effectiveness management. A systematic literature review will be conducted to identify relevant studies. Multilevel regression analysis will be employed to assess cost-effectiveness, with uncertainty quantified using robust standard errors. Community health centre systems in Senegal exhibited varying levels of effectiveness when measured by multilevel regression analysis, with some centres showing a positive return on investment up to 50 per capita.
