AbstractUniversity libraries in Bihar, India, use electronic tools to help students. This research examines it. Using library usage, behaviour, and research productivity, this study examines how well electronic tools are used in colleges and institutions. The study uses quantitative and qualitative methodologies, including user experience reviews and use metrics. School performance is strongly correlated with technology use. It also highlights the most critical factors for user enjoyment and adoption. The study reveals how digital libraries benefit developing areas and how to use technological resources in schools.
