Community health centres in Kenya face challenges in risk reduction strategies due to varying service delivery systems. A randomized field trial was conducted across five districts in Kenya, involving 100 randomly selected community health centres. Participants were surveyed on service delivery quality and health outcomes over a year. The intervention successfully reduced the incidence of preventable diseases by 25% (95% CI: 18-32%) among trial participants compared to control group. This study validates the efficacy of randomized field trials in assessing and improving community health centre systems in Kenya. Health authorities should prioritise implementation of evidence-based risk reduction strategies in all community health centres across Kenya. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
