Community health centres in Kenya face challenges related to operational efficiency, which can impact patient outcomes and resource allocation. A randomized controlled trial design was employed to assess the effectiveness of interventions aimed at improving service delivery, including scheduling algorithms, patient flow models, and resource allocation strategies. Significant improvements in appointment wait times were observed post-intervention (mean reduction: 35% with a 95% confidence interval of -40. 1 to -28. 9). The trial demonstrated the feasibility and potential benefits of adopting evidence-based interventions for enhancing community health centre efficiency. Further research should be conducted to validate these findings across different geographical regions and healthcare settings. Community Health Centres, Efficiency Enhancements, Randomized Field Trial, Kenya Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
