Basic Ontodynamics presents a process-oriented ontology in which geometry, matter, inertia, gravitation, and cosmological structure emerge as regimes of a minimal dynamical triad rather than as primitive entities. The core is Monos = Difference (Diff), Stasis (St), Dissipation (Diss), structurally prepared in the Metamonism framework 1, 2. An open hierarchy of flow modes Fi is defined. Physical structures arise as coherent joint activations (CoAct) exceeding a local threshold. Mass is interpreted as depth of multi-scale coherence; inertia as resistance to inter-scale phase reconfiguration; motion as gradient of relative phase between localized coherence and background; gravitation as gradient of background density ρ123. Temporal ordering is not fundamental. It emerges from the intensity of process actualization ρ4. Phenomena conventionally interpreted as gravitational time effects are reinterpreted as modulations of process rates (cycle frequencies, decay rates, oscillation periods) in regions of varying background density. A minimal toy model illustrates metastability, inertial resistance, clustering and orbit-like balance. An illustrative hierarchy of emergent entities is proposed as a conceptual extension. Observational signatures and paths for formal development are indicated. The framework is programmatic: ontological foundations are rigorous, dynamical models are illustrative, and the transition between them remains an open task.
