Digital cultural heritage in Morocco faces unique challenges due to resource limitations, including insufficient internet connectivity and hardware infrastructure. The study employed both qualitative interviews with stakeholders and quantitative surveys of participants. Data were collected from 150 respondents across Morocco's major cities, focusing on perceptions of digital preservation challenges and solutions. Respondents identified insufficient internet connectivity as the primary barrier to digital cultural heritage preservation (82%). Findings suggest that community-led initiatives are more effective than government-funded projects in overcoming resource limitations for digital preservation efforts. Communities should be empowered with technology training and resources, while governments need to invest in infrastructure improvements.
