Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the way libraries manage, organize, and disseminate knowledge in the digital age. By integrating AI-powered tools such as intelligent cataloguing systems, chatbots, semantic search engines, and predictive analytics, libraries are enhancing efficiency, accessibility, and user experience. Through qualitative method, this study explores the role of AI in strengthening knowledge management practices within libraries, focusing on its applications in information retrieval, personalized services, and digital resource organization. It also highlights the opportunities AI creates for improving decision-making and user engagement, while addressing challenges related to cost, ethics, and staff preparedness. The results suggest that with strategic adoption and ethical implementation, AI has the potential to position libraries as dynamic knowledge hubs that meet the evolving needs of diverse users in the 21st century.
