The rapid growth of digital technology and increasing internet penetration have led to a significant transformation in consumer shopping behaviour, particularly in the grocery retail sector. Online grocery delivery apps have gained widespread acceptance by offering convenience, time efficiency, and doorstep delivery. This study aims to analyse consumer perception towards online grocery delivery apps and identify the key factors influencing their usage and satisfaction. The research is based on primary data collected from consumers using online grocery delivery applications through a structured questionnaire, along with secondary data gathered from journals, websites, and research articles. Factors such as convenience, pricing, product quality, delivery speed, app usability, payment options, and customer service are examined to understand consumer preferences and perception. The study also evaluates the challenges faced by consumers while using these apps. The findings of the study reveal that convenience and time-saving are the major reasons for the increasing adoption of online grocery delivery apps. However, issues related to delivery charges, product freshness, and delayed deliveries still affect consumer satisfaction. The study provides valuable insights for online grocery service providers to improve service quality, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen customer loyalty in a highly competitive market.
