The study employs qualitative research methods, including interviews and document analysis to explore the effects of land redistribution programmes. Recent data shows a significant increase (30%) in agricultural productivity among smallholder farmers who benefited from land reform initiatives. This paper highlights that targeted support and infrastructure development are crucial for maximising the benefits of land reform policies. Government agencies should implement comprehensive post-reform support programmes to enhance sustainability and farmer welfare.
