This work establishes the Wanji Gravity (WJ) Model, a scale-invariant unified gravitational framework rooted in the dynamic cosmic elastic fabric and intrinsic cosmic tension . We derive the fundamental cosmic tension constant from SPARC galactic rotation curve data, which quantifies the intrinsic tautness rate of the cosmic fabric. This framework eliminates the need for ad hoc dark matter or dark energy by explaining cosmological phenomena as natural manifestations of the evolving cosmic fabric. The WJ Model is validated by eight independent authoritative datasets, achieving: A natural explanation for rising galactic rotation curves in the present epoch (taut fabric) without dark matter (residual <1%). An ab initio analytical derivation of the CMB first acoustic peak at ℓ=220 (exact match with Planck 2018 ℓPlanck=220) using and perfect baryon shielding . A first-principles theoretical derivation of the locally measured speed of light from with a residual deviation of only 0.0027%. Resolution of the 5σ Hubble tension via a unified H0 value consistent with both local and cosmic measurements. Predictions for massive high-redshift galaxy formation at z≳8, consistent with JWST observations. Rooted in Occam's razor, the WJ Model redefines gravity as a dynamic, time-cumulative process, resolving six core crises in modern cosmology. All theoretical frameworks and mathematical formalisms are released for non-commercial academic research.
