This article examines policy implications of legal research in Senegal, a country in West Africa. The analysis employs a qualitative approach to assess recent legal reforms and their effects on administrative procedures in Senegalese institutions. Recent legal amendments have led to an increase in the number of policy directives issued by governmental bodies, particularly affecting education sector regulations. This study highlights the dynamic relationship between legislative changes and administrative practices in Senegal.
