Z4DP II extends the elastic-superfluid vacuum framework by introducing sector-dependent dynamics and a set of applied extensions: the DFS (Dynamic Field Sampling) sensor, vacuum-flow propulsion, and controlled extraction of elastic energy from the medium. While Z4DP I established the theoretical foundations with an emergent acoustic metric and elastic response, Z4DP II integrates these principles into a unified engineering-oriented perspective. The DFS sensor measures local gradients of vacuum flow, enabling navigation, anomaly detection, and propulsion control. Manipulation of vacuum flow fields suggests a pathway toward interstellar propulsion based on momentum exchange with the medium. Finally, controlled excitation of elastic modes provides a physically grounded mechanism for energy extraction without violating conservation laws. These extensions demonstrate how the Z4DP framework can evolve from a purely theoretical model into a platform for future technological concepts.
