Climate change is impacting small-scale fishermen in Lake Victoria regions of Kenya and Uganda by altering fishing patterns and reducing fish catch. Theoretical analysis will involve reviewing existing literature, stakeholder consultations, and expert insights to identify key factors affecting fishery sustainability. Developing context-specific adaptation measures is recommended based on insights from this framework.
