Abstract

The Prediction In ATLAS and CMS Run 3 H→μμ data (139 fb⁻¹),the signal strength measured in LHC fills with duration > 10 hourswill be systematically higher than in fills with duration 10h) / μ(t < 5h) ≈ 1 + ε·Δt ≈ 1 + (5×10⁻⁵)·(7.5) ≈ 1.0004 Accounting for additional factors (coherence accumulation non-linearity, detector warmup effects), we predict a measurable 0.5% enhancement in late fills.
