Based on the axiom system of Yuanji Field Theory, this paper presents a native derivation and physical interpretation of the core phenomena of special and general relativity from the perspective of continuous transverse wave field dynamics. It is rigorously proved that three-dimensional Euclidean space is an inevitable endogenous result of the Transverse Wave Divergence-free Axiom and the Phase Single-valuedness Axiom of the Yuanji Field. Time is defined as the cumulative count of the intrinsic vibration periods of steady-state topological solitons. The constancy of the speed of light is derived from the constitutive properties of the Yuanji Field, and the Lorentz transformation as well as all core effects of special relativity are strictly deduced through the phase constraints of topological solitons. Based on the statistical emergence mechanism of phase synchronization, the quantitative relationship between the gravitational field and local field parameters is derived, which reproduces the classical observational verifications of general relativity and provides a native fluctuation dynamical explanation for gravitational waves. All mathematical results are in good agreement with the classical predictions of relativity, and this work provides a new physical paradigm based on three-dimensional fluctuation field dynamics for relativistic phenomena, supporting the unification of fundamental physics.
