Urban primary care networks in Nigeria face challenges related to service delivery and clinical outcomes. A comprehensive review of existing literature on urban primary care networks was conducted, followed by the application of a linear regression model to predict clinical outcomes over time. The analysis identified a significant positive trend (p < 0. 05) in the number of patients served per year across all reviewed studies, indicating an improving service delivery infrastructure. This study provides evidence-based insights into the effectiveness and scalability of urban primary care networks in Nigeria. Investment in training for healthcare providers and continuous quality improvement initiatives are recommended to enhance patient outcomes. Urban primary care, meta-analysis, time-series forecasting, clinical outcomes Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
