Digital Health Records in Urban Lagos: Patient Satisfaction and Adoption Study

Urban areas in Nigeria face challenges in healthcare delivery, including limited access to medical records and fragmented care systems. A mixed-methods approach involving pre- and post-intervention surveys and focus group discussions. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. Among 300 participants surveyed, 75% reported improved access to health information, with a mean satisfaction score of 8. 2 out of 10 for the DHR system. Digital health records have shown promise in enhancing patient satisfaction and adoption rates in urban Lagos community clinics.
