We present a 4+1D plasma interaction model derived from a unified bulk action with localized electromagnetism and an operational brane-observer map. The model provides exact bulk conservation laws, exact projected (brane) balance laws with explicit leakage terms, and controlled reductions that recover standard 3+1 Maxwell theory, two-fluid plasma equations, and the ideal-MHD induction equation. We then identify and organize the leading beyond-MHD corrections that arise when 4D interactions are retained: a dynamical scalar-photon sector Aw, brane–bulk charge/current exchange Jw, and finite-localization (KK/mode) corrections that modify propagation and topology transport. Finally, we outline a simulation architecture for massive plasma computations that evolves either the full 4+1D system or a mode-reduced Hermite basis in w, with diagnostics designed to quantify reconnection and topology change as genuine 4D transport rather than ad hoc resistivity.
