This study focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of community health centers in reducing disease risk in Senegal. A panel data estimation approach was used to analyse the performance of community health centers over time, focusing on their role in mitigating health risks within Senegalese communities. The analysis revealed a significant reduction (p < 0. 05) in reported infectious diseases among participants who regularly accessed community health services compared to those who did not. Community health centers have demonstrated effectiveness in reducing disease risk, with substantial reductions noted in certain infectious disease categories. Further studies should explore the broader implications of these findings and consider scaling up successful interventions across Senegalese regions. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
