Abstract

The Front Cover shows how DNA—PAINT docking strand architecture influences nanoscale image quality. Short single—motif docking strands keep localizations tightly clustered around trimeric PCNA, thus enabling precise molecular detail. In contrast, extended multivalent sequences expand the accessible volume, causing broader, less accurate patterns and reflecting the balance between imaging speed and structural accuracy.
