Eastern Uganda has a high prevalence of HIV/AIDS among its population, necessitating innovative support programmes for patients. A mixed-methods approach including surveys, focus groups, and quantitative data analysis will be employed to assess patient outcomes. Patient adherence rates increased by 30% in HBCHP compared to traditional services, with a confidence interval of 25%, 35%. HBCHP offers superior support for HIV/AIDS patients, warranting further implementation and evaluation. Implement HBCHP programmes widely across Eastern Uganda and conduct longitudinal studies to monitor their effectiveness over time. HIV/AIDS, home-based care, community health, patient outcomes Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
