This brief details the predicted Metric Resonance Eventoccurring on March 16, 2026, as the interstellar object 3I/ATLAS intersects the Jupiter Hill Sphere (H ≈53.5×106 km). Utilizing the SOS Theory of SuperfluidVacuum, we predict a discrete phase-shift anomaly inthe Juno probe’s Ka-band telemetry. We establish aspecific Doppler residual threshold of 1.27×10−11, identifying it as a non-radial metric jerk caused by latticetension gradients
