Entrepreneurship ecosystems and innovation hubs have emerged as critical components in fostering economic growth and sustainable development in various regions. In East Africa, Morocco stands out with its unique blend of traditional practices and modern entrepreneurial initiatives. The study employs a qualitative approach, drawing insights from existing literature, interviews with industry experts, and case studies of established innovation hubs across Morocco. No empirical data collection was conducted as the focus is on policy analysis rather than reporting results. A notable finding is that Moroccan entrepreneurship ecosystems often integrate traditional business practices with modern digital technologies, leading to more resilient and sustainable growth patterns. The integration of traditional knowledge into contemporary innovation hubs has proven pivotal in creating vibrant entrepreneurial landscapes. Policymakers should encourage such cross-cultural approaches to enhance the effectiveness of their own initiatives. Policymakers are encouraged to support the development of more inclusive entrepreneurship ecosystems that value and integrate diverse cultural practices, thereby fostering a broader base of economic participation.
