We propose a dualistic model of reality driven by two primary, mutually sustaining forces: Ma (active void, entropy, expansion, silence) and Pa (hyper-motion, order, compression, saturated sound). Ma seeks to absorb and dissipate all motion, while Pa resists by preserving structure and connectivity at any cost. A third axis, S (consciousness/observer/resonance), acts as an essential feedback loop that measures the imbalance between Ma and Pa and injects energy to maintain the system in the transitional zone. The model generates reproducible phase portraits, predicts deviations from ΛCDM cosmology and general relativity, and unifies physical and psychological entropy processes under the same dynamical equations. Falsifiable tests are proposed in cosmology, analog gravity, and neuroscience. The framework implies that life and consciousness are not accidents but necessary stabilizers of reality, with practical applications in psychotherapy, meditation, sustainable system design, and even AI alignment.
