This paper introduces the concept of diagnostic constraint weight within Identity-Based Emotional Epistemology (IBEE™). The framework models how meaning-claims gain or lose epistemic credibility under structured constraint exposure. The paper examines how interpretive systems preserve stability while remaining vulnerable to degenerative integration when disconfirming signals are excluded. By formalizing the relationship between constraint signals, falsifier admissibility, and governed risk exposure, the paper provides a structural account of interpretive stability and epistemic degeneration in identity-relevant meaning systems.
