Community health centers in Kenya face challenges in cost-effectiveness due to varying service delivery models. A mixed-method approach combining quantitative econometric modelling with qualitative assessments of service delivery. Panel data from 20 community health centers over two years will be used to estimate cost-efficiency ratios. Panel-data estimation revealed that the average cost-effectiveness ratio varied significantly across regions, indicating regional disparities in healthcare resource utilization and outcomes. The analysis highlights the need for standardised service delivery models to enhance cost-effectiveness and quality of care. Policy recommendations include funding allocation towards improving infrastructure and training programmes to align with best practices identified in this study. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
