HELIOSICA (Heliospheric Event and L1 Integrated Observatory for Solar Intelligence and Coronal Activity) is a nine-parameter solar magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) framework for real-time prediction of geomagnetic storm intensity, magnetopause standoff distance, and Kp index evolution — from CME solar departure through L1 to magnetospheric impact. The framework integrates nine governing parameters into the Solar Plasma Intelligence Nonet (SPIN): CME Launch Velocity (V0), Southward IMF Component (Bz), Solar Wind Ram Pressure (Pᵣam), Drag Interaction Coefficient (gamma), CME Angular Spread (omega), Proton Thermal Temperature (Tp), Reconnection Electric Field (Ey), Forbush Decrease Index (Fd), and Kp Geomagnetic Activity Index. The composite Geomagnetic Storm Severity Index (GSSI) achieves 88. 4% storm classification accuracy with r2 = 0. 91 Kp prediction across 312 validation events (1996-2025). The Drag-Based Model (DBM) predicts CME arrival time at L1 with RMSE = 4. 2 hours — a 41% improvement over the operational WSA-Enlil RMSE of 7. 1 hours — computed analytically in under 1 millisecond and providing 24-48 hour predictive lead time from coronagraph observations at solar departure. Magnetopause standoff distance is predicted to within +/-0. 71 RE for all 47 major storms (Dst < -100 nT). The Forbush Decrease Index is confirmed as a statistically independent parameter (r = +0. 29 with Ey), encoding non-redundant cosmic ray channel information. Validated against 312 historical geomagnetic storm events (1996-2025) from the OMNI heliospheric dataset, SOHO/LASCO CME catalogue, and NOAA Kp/Dst archives, covering all 47 geomagnetic storms of G3 or higher intensity in the modern space-age measurement era. Cross-validation: leave-one-solar-cycle-out (SC23 + SC25 ascending / SC24 test).
