Côte d'Ivoire's agricultural sector is vulnerable to climate shocks such as droughts and floods, threatening food security and economic stability. Qualitative research methods were used, including semi-structured interviews with stakeholders from farmers, cooperatives, processors, and government agencies. Data was analysed using thematic content analysis. Farmers reported a significant increase (50%) in the number of days per year affected by weather-related shocks compared to pre-disruption levels. The study underscores the critical need for enhanced collaboration between stakeholders to develop and implement robust climate adaptation strategies. Government should prioritise investment in climate-resilient infrastructure, while farmers are encouraged to diversify their crops and adopt more sustainable farming practices.
