Telemedicine services have become increasingly popular in managing chronic diseases such as diabetes, particularly in resource-limited settings like Nairobi, Kenya. A qualitative approach was employed through semi-structured interviews with diabetic patients using telemedicine services and healthcare providers. Data were analysed for themes related to service utilization, patient satisfaction, and health impact. Patient health scores showed a significant improvement (average increase of 15%) over the one-year period due to consistent remote monitoring and timely consultations provided by telemedicine platforms. Telemedicine services have demonstrated substantial benefits in managing diabetic patients' health outcomes, particularly through enhanced patient engagement and support mechanisms. Further research should explore scalability of these findings for broader implementation across different socioeconomic contexts, while healthcare providers should integrate telemedicine into routine care protocols.
