This project is an umbrella review of systematic reviews and meta-analyses assessing PET imaging in gastric cancer, with a focus on comparing 18F-FDG and 68Ga-FAPI tracers. The study aims to evaluate diagnostic accuracy, staging performance, recurrence detection, and prognostic value, as well as methodological quality (AMSTAR-2) and certainty of evidence using GRADE. The results will inform personalized radiopharmaceutical selection in clinical practice.
