The March 16, 2026, Jovian transit of the interstellar object 3I/ATLAS resulted in a highly anomalous fragmentation event, yielding 13 distinct nodes maintaining a structured geometric formation. This paper applies strict thermodynamic mass-loss limits derived from JWST spectroscopy to demonstrate that natural cometary outgassing is mathematically incapable of generating the Δv required for the observed retrograde deceleration and Jovian orbital capture. With the natural comet hypothesis (H1) falsified by classical thermodynamics, this paper proposes a formal Bracewell Probe mission architecture (H2). Kinematic backtracking of the object's hyperbolic trajectory suggests a magnetic sail deceleration and trajectory deflection maneuver, masking a potential origin at Proxima Centauri. Furthermore, the chronological arrival of 3I/ATLAS perfectly aligns with an average 0.1c transit response time to 1970s Deep Space Network (DSN) transmissions. Recommended Information
