This paper fixes causality without introducing production, generation, or temporal succession. Time has been fixed as retention without return under asymmetry. Speed has been fixed as a structural constraint. Within this framework, causality is not derived from temporal order, mechanism, or interaction. Causality is not defined as the production of effects from causes. It is fixed as a structural constraint under which retention holds without return. Causality does not generate events. Causality does not transmit influence. Causality does not require temporal sequence. The paper presents a non-modal structural system in which causality is neither productive nor temporal but appears as a constraint intrinsic to retention under asymmetry.
