Abstract We propose GF-HR Space Fluid Dynamics — a unified framework for cosmology and particle physics grounded in three axioms: (I) space is a compressible fluid with density ρs and dynamic viscosity μs; (II) matter is a cavitation vortex core torn from the space fluid under critical rotational stress; (III) the speed of light c equals the maximum elastic propagation speed of the space fluid. From these axioms and the Navier-Stokes equations, we derive: (1) the space fluid dynamic viscosity μs ≈ 1. 124 × 10⁹ Pa·s from ℏ = μs·Vc; (2) the mass genesis equation m = ½ρs·Vc, reproducing the electron rest energy with < 0. 01% error; (3) the GF-HR governing equations (GF-HR I and II) that reinterpret the Navier-Stokes blow-up singularity as a physical mass-creation event; (4) gravity as a Bernoulli low-pressure zone, reproducing F = −GmM/r² and gravitational wave speed vGW = c; (5) galaxy rotation curve flattening without dark matter via Mₑff (r) ∝ r; (6) cosmic acceleration without dark energy via the elastic restoring force cs²/a²; and (7) a unified force equation FGF (r) = μs·Vc·c·f (r) /r² encompassing all four fundamental forces. The fine-structure constant is derived as α = (re/a₀) ² ≈ 7. 293 × 10⁻³ (measured: 7. 297 × 10⁻³, error < 0. 05%). All results follow from the space fluid properties μs, ρs, Vc without free parameters.
