Companion paper to the Finite Structured-State Transformation Principle theorem set. Version 1.0. March 2026. This paper derives the core feasibility structure of the Finite Structured-State Transformation Principle (FSSTP) from three physically grounded premises: finite capacity, energetic cost of state change, and finite interaction. From these premises it derives a five-slot feasibility operator, three transformation failure modes, two unconditional structural domains, four unconditional transformation modes, and a conditional relational extension. This paper provides the shared constraint structure for the companion mode papers on refinement, release, transfer, and partition.
