This paper clarifies the structural role of entropy within the Paton System. Without introducing new physical laws or modifying thermodynamics, entropy is interpreted as a measure of admissibility drift under constraint. The second law of thermodynamics is treated as a directional tendency of systems toward states of increased admissible distribution under constraint conditions. This interpretation separates statistical description from structural behaviour, resolving ambiguity regarding disorder while remaining fully consistent with established thermodynamic formalism.
