This paper develops a more exact ontology of structure. Structure is not treated as static holding or as something repeatedly created from nothing, but as the patterned stabilization of relation within an already differentiated field. On this view, what emerge are not structures ex nihilo, but local structurations: localized formations within a field that was never blank to begin with. The paper clarifies the distinction between field, structure, and local structuration, and argues that viability functions as a selector among structural possibilities rather than as a creator of structure itself. It further distinguishes existence, dominance, load, scale, and reality-alignment, allowing different kinds of local formations to be described more precisely across personal, institutional, symbolic, and technological domains. The result is a broader and cleaner philosophy of structure in which truth-load appears as a demanding special case within a wider ontology of load-bearing formations, and Structural Intelligence can be situated more clearly as the applied practice of reading these formations in lived reality.
