In the modern era, environmental sustainability has become a major concern across all sectors, including banking. Green banking refers to environmentally responsible banking practices that aim to reduce carbon footprint through digital and paperless services. This study examines customer awareness, perception, and usage of green banking initiatives. The research is based on primary data collected from 100 respondents using a structured questionnaire. The findings reveal that while a majority of customers are aware of green banking services, there are still challenges such as technical issues, lack of guidance, and security concerns. The study concludes that green banking is gaining acceptance, especially among younger users, but banks must improve awareness programs and technological infrastructure to ensure wider adoption.
