This paper fixes ordering within a non-modal structural system. Ordering is not treated as sequence, priority, or succession. It does not introduce before or after and does not introduce temporal direction. Ordering is fixed as the structural condition of delimitation without priority. No element is first and no element is subsequent. Ordering does not depend on reading, selection, or subject. It is not generated and does not begin or terminate. Ordering does not produce time and does not imply change, progression, or flow. This paper does not introduce temporal order, causal relation, or sequential structure. It fixes ordering as a structural condition without priority.
