Standard cosmological models (ΛCDM) successfully parameterize the universe but lack a unified physical explanation for the Dark Sector and the measurement problem. This paper proposes Equilibria Field Theory (EFT), a scalar-tensor framework in which spacetime curvature and matter distributions emerge from an underlying scalar order parameter, ϕ(x). We posit that the vacuum is characterized by a scalar field seeking an asymptotic equilibrium state. In this framework, Dark Energy is reinterpreted as the relaxation of the field potential V (ϕ), while Dark Matter phenomenology arises from stable-like field configurations. Furthermore, we introduce a Spectral Information Threshold (Ic), a unitarity bound governing quantum stability. We argue that this threshold imposes a fundamental limit on quantum coherence, predicting an intrinsic “coherence wall” for high-complexity quantum processors. The theory provides falsifiable predictions for Bose-Einstein Condensate (BEC) interferometry, redshift scaling, and optimal qubit topology.
