The Relational Information Dynamics framework establishes that the de Sitter cosmological horizon is an active participant in local physics through the KMS entanglement structure of the Bunch-Davies vacuum. The central result — g† = 2cH₀,dS/π² — is a structural consequence of de Sitter geometry, not a coincidence. This paper explores four implications of this central thesis that go beyond galactic dynamics: the cosmological origin of the arrow of time, the independence of g† from Planck-scale physics, a reframing of the cosmological constant problem, and a connection to the black hole information paradox via the KMS condition. These are presented explicitly as implications and open questions, not results.
