English Abstract Based on the strictly defined K0 zero-state primordial field in the paper Thought Experiment on the Ultimate Reduction of the Universe: Layered Retreat from Manifest Structures to the K0 Primordial Field (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19415227) as the sole ultimate physical substrate, this paper condenses a 12-character minimal axiom system: "Ontology-Function Unity, Tri-Property Recursion, Topological Conservation", proposes for the first time the construction paradigm of a qualified unified field theory and the core discrimination criterion of Multi-path Self-consistency, and constructs a unified field theory framework based on global topological conservation without extra dimensions, free parameters or ad-hoc field assumptions. This paper gives a purely physical interpretation of the internal logic, mathematical representation and physical connotation of the axiom system, corely demonstrates the paradigm-level derivation capability of "one principle, multiple manifestations, multi-path self-consistency" of the axiom system, clarifies the three-level boundary division of physical constants, completes the multi-dimensional self-consistency verification of the axiom system, and plans the prospective research route of a series of secondary papers based on this theory, providing a unified underlying framework with unique substrate, minimal axioms and self-consistent logic for fundamental physics, aiming to systematically solve the core common problems in existing unified field theory research: "lack of substrate, redundant axioms, no unified discrimination criterion, inability to uniformly derive core laws". Keywords: Unified Field Theory; K0 Zero-State Primordial Field; Ontology-Function Unity; Tri-Property Recursion; Topological Conservation; Multi-path Self-consistency; Hierarchy of Physical Constants; Fundamental Physics
